Terms and Conditions of Sale – SniperBet

1. Purpose

   These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of digital access to the SniperBet Service (subscriptions) via the Site.

2. Offers and Pricing

   SniperBet offers the following subscriptions: All Sports: 29.99 USD / 1 month
   Single Sport (Hockey, Esport, Tennis, Soccer, Basketball): 19.99 USD / 1 month
   Duration: 1 month from activation (Telegram access).
   Renewal: no automatic renewal. At the end of the month, the client must purchase a new subscription to continue using the Service.

3. Taxes (VAT / sales tax) may apply depending on the client’s country. The total amount displayed at checkout is final.

4. Order and Payment

   An order is confirmed after acceptance of these Terms and payment via InviteMembers.

   SniperBet reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of suspected fraud.

5. Delivery / Activation (Digital Service)

   After payment confirmation, access is activated immediately via Telegram (invitation link, addition to channel(s), or access instructions).

   Prerequisites: the client must have a functional Telegram account and comply with Telegram’s rules.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EEA / EU) – Principle

   If the client is a consumer located in the EEA / EU, they benefit in principle from a 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts, in accordance with applicable regulations.

7. Right of Withdrawal – Immediate Execution and Waiver

   For digital services or content whose execution begins immediately, the right of withdrawal may be waived if the consumer:
   - expressly requests immediate access to the Service, and
   - acknowledges the loss of their right of withdrawal under the conditions provided by law.

8. This waiver is recommended for “instant access” services.

9. Refund Policy (Strict)

   After 14 days: no refund.

   Before 14 days:
   - if the client requested immediate access and waived the right of withdrawal (checkbox validation): no refund;
   - otherwise, refunds are processed in accordance with applicable withdrawal rules (at minimum EU / EEA standards).

10. In the event of a proven major malfunction attributable to SniperBet, SniperBet may, at its discretion, offer an access extension, credit, or partial refund.

11. Suspension / Termination for Breach

    In cases of access sharing, resale, or circumvention of the Service, SniperBet may suspend or terminate access without refund.

12. Liability

    SniperBet provides an informational service only. No profit is guaranteed.

    SniperBet is not responsible for losses related to betting or decisions made by the client based on the information provided.

13. Disputes – Mediation (Consumers in France / EU)

    Unless mandatory provisions provide otherwise, these terms are subject to French law.

    Consumers may be entitled to mediation or alternative dispute resolution in accordance with applicable regulations.

14. Governing Law

    Unless mandatory provisions of the consumer’s country provide otherwise, these Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. ToU accessible here.
